B Nox Review – How I get motivated to work out

I’m fat, lazy and definitely out of shape. I seriously debated weather or not if I should write this blog post but decided a little shame is a good thing.

Working 12+ hours a day means sitting at my computer for 12+ hours a day. Sitting all day isn’t good for you. Your posture gets bad, you don’t don’t burn any calories ( AKA You Get FAT!) and you generally just feel bad.

Everyone tells you to work out, but after working for 12 hours a day who has the energy to go to the gym or run? I’ll tell you: NOBODY.getting in shape

Well to be a fair, a few people probably do. Those people are rare, and I’m not one of them. I enjoy watching Netflix and eating popcorn after work. That’s my idea of a good time.

Well no more!

I’ve started reading fitness and health blogs, one of my current favorites: http://skinnyyoked.com.

I started working out as well. It hasn’t been easy, but there’s a few things that have helped me.

  • Strict schedule
  • Working out first thing in the morning
  • Eating better
  • Pre work supplements

Having a strict schedule and working out first thing in the morning has helped me the most. I workout early and get it out of the way so I can’t make excuses later.

Getting energy and being motivated in the morning is NOT easy. I’ve tried a lot of things, none worked. Until I read this awesome review on an pre workout called B Nox.

B Nox has helped me get energy in the morning for my workout. How? It has a ton of caffeine and energy inducing substances. Here’s the full B Nox review if you’re interested.

B nox or any other supplement isn’t magic. It’s not going to workout for you, so it’s important you have other thing’s to motivate you and keep you in check. Don’t expect a magic pill, there is no such thing unfortunately. You will need to work out and stay motivated!

I’ve been working out for about 9 weeks now and feel a lot better, and do a lot better work outside the gym because of it.

If you’re not working out, I recommend you start!
